Refund Policy

At Wolfe & Wilder, we believe in the structural integrity of our professional agreements. Because our work involves deep-dive organizational analysis and dedicated time blocks, we have established the following terms for refunds and cancellations.

1. Architecture Audits

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your audit date. This ensures that the blueprint phase can begin immediately.
Cancellation: If you need to reschedule your audit, please provide at least 7 business days' notice. We will apply your deposit to a new date within the next 90 days.
Final Delivery: Once the final Architecture Blueprint is delivered, no refunds will be issued due to the proprietary nature of the structural strategy provided.

2. Live Seminars & Digital Workshops

For live events, tickets are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend live, we will provide you with a full high-definition recording and all associated digital resources.
You may subcontract your seat to a colleague at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Consulting Retainers

Ongoing consulting retainers are billed monthly in advance.
To ensure a clean structural hand-off, we require a 30-day written notice to terminate a retainer. This allows us to finalize any open build tasks and document the remaining systems for your team.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of significant emergency or organizational crisis, we are open to discussing a structural pause, holding your credits on file for a future date when your organization is ready to resume the build.
